Breeders of Peter bald
The Peter bald is a breed formed from mating of two different Russian species. But some people say they are the descendants of the Russian breed of Don hairless mated with the Siamese cats. The hair less in these Peter bald cats is due to some other gene and not inherited from its ancestors. Unique features of the Peter bald breed include: the three types of fur which are displayed and at the same time their muscular body.

Another characteristic of the Peter bald breed is their legs look bony and are long. The tail looks almost like a slim whip and tends to look bony and delicate. The skin is like the chamois cloth but with no doubt you can feel the warmth in it. The eye colors of the Peter balds are confined to the color of the coat. These kittens are lively and best companions to young children. This Peter bald breed has a unique posture and appearance. Young kittens of this breed have soft, smooth and wavy looking skin in some or all parts in the body. These soft spots generally lie below the tail region, near the ears, behind the head and in the lower abdomen region.
