Physical Traits of the Peter bald
Physical traits of Peterbald arise from the ancestral behaviors of their mating species. Generally the physical traits of Peterbald are very unique. They are well built, strong and straight postured. This breed has kittens which are born hairless, stout enough and weigh about 6 to 10 pounds, average height and size.
The coat texture of these Peterbald kittens can be altered according to the master or owner when breeding. They are more popular due to their character. They are very playful, fun, and loving cats that can be easily brought under control. They love being affectionate and they can even adapt themselves with other kinds of pets at home.

Peter bald cats love human attention and interaction. As a fairly new breed, the Peter bald originated in Russia in the early 1990s. A Saint Petersburg cat breeder crossed a male Don Sphinx with a female Oriental Shortair to produce the first Peter bald kittens. The Russian Selectional Feline Federation accepted this breed in 1996.
Though this kitten has no connection with the Sphinx cat, this breed is sometimes also known as the Peterbald Sphinx. This breed has an excellent temperament of gentle disposition.
These cats are quite trainable since they are intelligent by nature. They can be trained according to any specific needs of the owner. The Peter bald is a great choice for a loyal, loving companion.
